It is estimated that by 2008, the domestic market demand for thermal transfer film will reach 470 million square meters, and the global demand will reach 12 billion square meters. Due to strict medical material standards, such special consumables have always been imported and the price is still high. The cost of soft plastic infusion bags is difficult to reduce, which is not conducive to the popularization and application of soft plastic infusion bags.

Jiaozuo City, Henan Zhuoli Hot Stamping Materials Co., Ltd. organized elite technical personnel, after a year of hard work, and finally overcame the main technical difficulties of medical thermal transfer film. The project was approved by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province in June 2005 and was appraised by the Science and Technology Rubber And Plastic Bureau of Jiaozuo City.

The appraisal opinion stated that Jiaozuo City Zhuoli Co., Ltd. adopted a heat transfer film production technology researched and developed on projects such as base selection, raw material screening, heat-sensitive ink formulation optimization, coating process, etc. The formula was reasonable and the process was feasible. The printed font on the plastic infusion bag is good adhesion, durable, clear and bright, non-toxic. The technical indicators of the products conform to the Pvc Sg5 Q/JZL004-2005 corporate standard and can replace imported products. The products have been shown by many users such as Shanghai Baite Medical Products Co., Ltd.; the product quality is good.

Jiaozuo City, Henan Zhuoli Hot Stamping Materials Co., Ltd. introduced that the product's technological innovation is that the thermal transfer film by applying heat and pressure on the printing plate, so that the thermal transfer film thermal ink transferred to the plastic film The thickness of the ink transferred to the film is about 2 μm to 4 μm. The core of the technology is the Melamine Powder thermal transfer ink and coating. The ink has high thermal sensitivity. After printing, it requires clear marks, strong adhesion, water resistance, Sodium Hexametaphosphate alcohol resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, and non-toxic asepsis.

The coating is made using self-developed processes and equipment that can coat a uniform coating of 2μm-4μm on a 1000mm wide film surface.

According to reports, Zhuoli Company uses a thermal transfer substrate BOPET, inks for the self-developed modified polymer synthetic resin and carbon black, raw and auxiliary materials used by the domestic production and supply.
